Shipping, Returns & Refunds

Thank you so much for supporting my small business — every order truly means the world to me 💗
Each piece is handmade with care, especially for your little ones.

Below is everything you need to know about shipping and returns.

📦 Shipping

All orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked (not signed for).
You’ll receive tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. As a small business, I’m unable to take responsibility for parcels sent to incorrectly entered addresses.

Once Royal Mail confirms a parcel as delivered, responsibility passes to the customer.

🏡 Incorrect Addresses

If an incorrect address is entered when ordering:

  • Unfortunately, I cannot refund orders sent to the wrong address.

  • If items need to be remade or re-sent, a new payment will be required.

  • If a parcel is returned to me due to an address error, postage for re-delivery will need to be covered.

I completely understand mistakes happen — but as a small handmade business, I’m unable to absorb those costs.

📬 Lost Parcels

If your parcel hasn’t arrived, please contact me within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

I will open an investigation with Royal Mail, and once they confirm the parcel is lost, we can arrange a replacement (subject to fabric availability) or a refund.

If tracking shows as delivered, I’m unable to take responsibility for parcels that are lost or stolen after delivery.

🧵 Faulty Items

Every item is carefully handmade, but if something isn’t quite right, please message me within 14 days of delivery.

  • Photos of the fault will be required.

  • Items must be unworn and unwashed.

If a genuine fault is confirmed, I will:

  • Offer a replacement (if fabric is available), OR

  • Offer an alternative fabric, OR

  • Issue a refund.

If the original fabric is no longer available, we’ll find the best solution together 💕

❌ Returns (Non-Fault Items)

As items are handmade to order, I’m unable to accept returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size selected

  • Fabric choice changes

Please check sizing carefully before ordering, and feel free to message me if you’re unsure — I’m always happy to help!

🚗 Free Local Delivery

Free local delivery is available where arranged. Once delivered, responsibility passes to the customer.
